How distressed would reincarnation believers be to realize that the afterlife is a universalist Christian heaven instead of being born again? Why? How? My answer: According to India in 2021, apparently not distressed because in many(if not all) the religions that do believe in reincarnation, a point comes when the soul stops reincarnating.

Essentially what the theologian is stating is that, Universalist Christianity doctrine, fundamentally uses a different hermeneutic--to understand the Bible. According to The Bible, it states that "not all" will be redeemed, and it's Jesus who states this.
St. Matthew 7:21 ESV-“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
Therefore the actual reality, according to the Bible is that everyone who doesn't accept Jesus as Savior, according to how Jesus self identifies, would be very distressed; because according to the Bible and Jesus they did not rightly accept Jesus as Savior in the sense--of how Jesus self identifies.

@Alexander Ohnemus From a certain point of view, you are right in stating what you have (above) depending on who you are citing within Catholicism. With that said, from many context(s), it would come down to what the individual (the individual asking questions and searching ) wants to regard as true.
