I have local Gravity Data .....the question here ..How to use this data to improve or update Global Gravity Field Models (GGMs)?

In google search write  EGM08, and appear Earth Gravitational Model 2008 (EGM2008). After, you choose EGM2008-WGS84.

The evaluation of potential coefficients is a job for a team of specialists.  If you are interested in combining an EGM with terrestrial data go read something about Stokes/Helmert's technique for the evaluation of a regional geoid.

There are 258 (do not know the exact number) paper written about the Stokes/Helmert's technique.  A good start might be "Ellmann, A. and P. Vaníček, 2006. UNB application of Stokes-Helmert's approach to geoid computation, Journal of Geodynamics 43 (2), pp. 200-213, doi:10.1016/ j.jog.2006.09.019."
