Is there any device to measuring the magnetic field of a charged molecule and affect the molecule in customized power range in vivo?
The charge is not directly responsible for the static magnetic dipole moment of a molecule. What matter for the static magnetic dipole moment are the angular momentum contributions from the electrons which come as spin and orbital angular momentum and the angular momentum of the nuclei. All these add to a total angular momentum which, via the proper Lande g-factor, translates into a magnetic moment. Yes this magnetic moment will have a dipolar field. However it is tiny. To create a force on such a magnetic dipole requires a field gradient that is a magnetic field that changes spatially. The dipole moment scalar multiplied with the field is the Zeemann potential energy and its negative gradient is a force. These forces are tiny for field gradients available in experiments. It is virtually impossible to use them to stabilize a molecule against, e.g., thermal fluctuations with energies on the order of k_B T. Another source of magnetic field is the motion of a charged particle. A moving charged particle is a current which creates a magnetic Oerstedt field. Again, this effect is relativistically small. We can only observe it, e.g., when driven a current through a wire, because of the very large number of drifting electrons. It is not practical to use it for stabilization of a molecule. It is however, used for magnetic imaging of neuron activity in the brain. A charged particle moving in an external homogeneous field will also experience a force. This is the Lorentz force. It can be used to alter the path of a charged particle. However there are some limitations because the Lorentz force will always be perpendicular to the velocity of the particle. From this it immediately follows that one can not change the kinetic energy of a particle due to the presence of a Lorentz force because this force will not do any work.

As you mentioned for affecting a molecule we're must take advantage of molecule with moment feature, so we're going to put F18 in our molecule in order to make it magnetically responsive and from then on we need a device measuring the magnetic field of F18 and also putting a magnetic field as strong as or if it is not possible , stronger than the F's to affect F attached molecule and exit it from its catalyzing enzyme. it's promising you mentioned that we can use" the Lorentz force to alter the path of a charged particle" because if we do so we will got the end but how we can do this?
