Fadi, simply bring cautiously to dryness a t-bu-aniline solution in D2O. Repeat the procedure for some times to substitute nearly all H with D. You could use a rotary evaporator to speed up the process. Note that only the nitrogen-bond H atoms will be displaced by D atoms. Good luck!
