I have four curves with different number of points because each curve was calculated according to special condition ... how could I calculate the average of these four curves, so I could get one curve represents these four curves? Please assist me to figure out how could do so either by using MATLAB or Excel?

Is it "the same number of points" enough? If there is some functional dependence y=f(x) (even if f not explicitly stated), then averaging should be applied to four series of y's calculated for the common series of x's. Am I missing something?
Just to add to Stephen's answer: In Matlab that would be the INTERP1 or the PCHIP functions.

Since I am not sure exactly where you might be coming from, this is incidentally something that phonologists and phoneticians deal with a lot when studying tone (pitch profiles) of a given language but across different speakers. Since speakers are different, both x-axis (time) and y-axis (frequency) values are different, but since the same community of speakers can recognize the same tone, some kind of the averaging you're talking about is necessary.
There is a good freeware Prosody Pro which we use with Praat for that purpose. The basic principles are the same as what Stephen Politzer-Ahles described above.
