Lead bromide should be commercially available. Please buy instead of preparing it in-house.

If you must, then you may make it by mixing aqueous solutions of lead acetate and potassium / sodium bromide.

Why and how ?

To get the answer for the question, please check the solubility of lead acetate and lead bromide in water under warm and cold conditions.

Please note that lead nitrate should, preferably, not be used in this case.
