How can you solve the surface stability criteria equation for solar pond?

There are two boundary conditions for stability criteria of pond

ds/dz(greater or equal) > 0.44(dT/dZ)

ds/dz>1.19 dT/dz ..

T is temperature, z is the depth ,

I only know temperature variation with depth so how to solve these for boundary condition?
