I think there is not one thing you can find like an answer. A resilient system is a complex system. That is the reason why you need to assess your project with many variables, such as diversity, pests on the environment, cultural heritage, intangible goods, traditional practices and of course, you need to do a permanent diachronic evaluation; the last point, with the intention of knowing how has been the evolution and resistence of the system.
