Thank you so much for your response. I truly appreciate your effort to help. I have encountered a similar answer previously when seeking assistance from AI. Despite thoroughly searching the STUDY structure, I have not found any statistical values stored in any variable. Additionally, using the command line has not yielded any success in locating the correct function to retrieve the p-values. The values must be stored somewhere, as the program can generate the plot, but I haven't been able to identify the right function or variable to display the values in a table or any other format.

I guess you can take a look at the section "Tools/Data Statistics" of your Matlab figure for the raw data, and somehow return p-value.

Bao Duy Tran Thank you for the suggestion. I had looked at that before. The problem is that when it is used, I only get the basic data like max and min. The Data Statistics tool does not give me a p-value for each electrode or region.
