Which one is the best tool to batch convert a large number of mol2 files to PDB files?

You can easily convert mol2 files into PDB files using openbabel. Also, discovery studio can be useful too. You can simply open the mol2 files in discovery studio and save as PDB files.

You need to download either one of each and easily convert.
