I had modeled induction motor in matlab Krause's model. Its inputs are three phase voltages, their fundamental frequency and load torque while the outputs are three phase currents, rotor speed and electric torque. Now please guide me how to use the same model as Induction generator? what would be the inputs and outputs of the induction generator?

It is possible to use the Induction Motor (IM) model as an induction generator (IG). To work as a generator, you must provide reactive power (id current) to the IG, which you may get from capacitors or from a properly controlled inverter.
