many thanks Mr. Murat Ay. I saw the ANN toolbox and examples in Matlab 2013 . I imported excel data to matrix and was built the m code but I could not find forecasting by this code. which data should be target and which should be x for forecasting y.

No this predicting you mentioned I think can done by regression method in excel directly and without training processes. I want build time predicting. e. g. we have past 10 years data then predict next 10 years.
