Are the simulation results giving a good impact on real-time problem-solving?
It depends a lot on what aspects of the networks that you want to simulate. The big simulators that the industry are using have very high complexity.
A new open-source initiative that might be of interest to you is Sionna: https://nvlabs.github.io/sionna/
I would recommend NetSim (www.tetcos.com). We use it widely for your R & D on 5G.
But NetSim is not for free Ashish Bagwari Sir. What could be the alternative solution for this, As I am working with no pay it is very hard for me to purchase at this moment.
There are Matlab based Vienna simulators, and they have two options: link level and system level. It is free but you need to get in touch with the builders.
There is also prominent ns3 simulator, and it is Linux and C++ based. It is open source.

I would also recommend NetSim. There is some low-cost version for EDU which you can try.
NS-3 does not have a 5G module but there is some kind of external toolset built on NS-3 known as 5G-LENA.
I would like to recommend NS3, it is really powerful for network simulations and you can find complete modules for LTE and LTE-A.
