How can we run Convolution Neural Network program (not pre-trained API) in Raspberry Pi?

To develop an embedded system, it is necessary to run a customized CNN model in raspberry pi for few objects classification. There are some pre-trained API like NanoNet, YOLO etc. that classify a large number of objects of real world. But these are not customized. If it is possible to run a CNN program in raspberry pi, please give me the solution within an earlier time.
