How Can We Reduce Salinity Of Sea Sand And Which Test Required ,so we can use sea sand as a construction material ?

We can't get sufficient amount of River Sand So I am finding another option is Sea Sand , But if we can reduce it's salinity and other chemicals.after purification of sand we can use sea sand as a construction material.

So I need name of test and methods by which we can remove salinity from sea sand.
