- Advances in endodontic armamentarium continue to be at the forefront. However, the adoption of these advances in our clinics usually is corresponded with a significant increase in the treatment fees, and in many times, the patients can not afford for the ttt expenses.

How can we make these advances accessible to serve for wide range of patients, especially those with moderate/limited financial outcomes, rather than extraction of the tooth due to financial issues?.

- Operating microscope - Apex locators - NiTi rotary files - CBCT - thermoplasticized GP - MTA - retreatment ultrasonic kits, etc. Which one of the current advances should be our priority to provide a reasonable price while maintaining favorable ttt outcomes?.

Do you agree that researchers should spend more effort searching for cost-effective endodontic materials and techniques?
