Please be specific. Which type of bacteria and media are you using, also give the range of temperature.
Thermophile (optimal growth between 45 and 122 degrees) Mesophile (20 and 45 degrees C) Psychrotrophs (will survive at 0 degrees C, but prefer mesophilic temperature. Psychrophiles (-15 and 10 degrees C or lower).
All of them have different mechanisms to thrive in their specific habitat.
Microorganisms may survive or their growth may be monitored at different pH, temperature range or moisture etc. However, in regards to varying parameters, there are optimizations; that vary from microbes to microbes.

Because we are dealing with an Enterobacter sp. I would presume the temperature and pH range will be very narrow and mimic in vivo criteria. Thus, a range of 35.0 to 39.0 Celsius and 5.0 to 8.0 would be reasonable.
