invasive plants always outperformed over the native ones, an invasive plant is more friendly to soil biota and nutrients utilization than the native plant. after all this, there may be specifics genes which perform the stronger or weaker activity between these interactions in both invasive and native plants. any protocol & method to point out these genes and compare their activity between invasive and native one.

invasion always depends upon some specific mechanisms in invasive plants and local soils, so first, you need to understand those mechanisms.

Muhammad Aamer many scientists worked on whether invasive plant outcompete over the native species and highlight the nutrients use efficiency, relationships with soil biota and microbes, but the one I am thinking to find the genes makes compatible invasive species in all these activities that outcompete over the native one, it is hard to find the specific gene but once found then we can control the invasion by depressing the target genes or do mutation.
