in order to improve higher education in LMD education systeme, I suggests to add one year for the license,so it lasts 4 years instead of 3 years.
LMD system is no more then a system in wich higher education and research must be a concretisation and a way of being . That way must go further to a development of differents skills in connection with universal realities & specific ones also to appropiate knowledge and it fonctionality in situation ( academic aims or professional ones).
in my opinion LMD system isn't the option the whole system is a waste of time, and adding another year for the license isn't an option as well, As a student We need to know and understand more about the LMD, Because in my university each time they bring new rules,
Improve LMD system seems that you are matching between the new generation view with their previous learning. It is easy for students to improve themselves.

I think that the LMD system cannot be generalized in all institutions of higher education, because it does not rely on clear criteria that are suitable for all countries, but from my point of view I suggest these points to improve it:
Increase the academic period to at least 4 hours, and giving students more space and more time in education and more activities.
