Taking into consideration that some of the supervisors are not working to the level of what is expected as well as the absenteeism and lateness of people working there. Moreover, the HR department does not take into consideration its employee, so what do you suggest ? Also, how can we improve HACCP for cold and dry warehouses in order to be on the top? What actions should be taken to improve the quality department of the company?
