How can we evaluate Husimi q distribution, if we have numerically computed wave function, both in position and momentum space for discrete times?

I have computed the time evolution of minimum uncertainty wave packet in an optical lattice. The wave function is computed both in position and momentum space for discrete times. How can I dig out Husimi q distribution from this information?
