I would like to share one paper that studied the microgrid system behaviour during the consequent faults, symmetrical fault (LLLG) and asymmetrical fault (L-G, LL & LLG). To enhance the system performance, droop control technique is adopted.
according my opinion transient stability of microgrids my be enhance by using UPFC, By using multiple models and switching, by using Transient Stability Simulation, by using Renewable Energy Integration, by using Control of storage, by using Load shedding methods, by using Protection device setting, by using power electronics devices for control etc.
