I have an asymmetric cross section under elastic-plastic pure bending.
I want to consider local loading/unloading during pure bending so I use incremental form of curvature history but I can't calculate neutral axis parameters (therefore I can't calculate strain or stress increment) from three equation of equilibrium.
I've read this article but I can,t understand Its procedure.
Can anyone help me ?

If I understand properly your application, I would used digitla image correlation (DIC). This measures deformation (and strain) on the surface directly, while the computation from curvature measurements, which is not realted to points on the surface, requires special assumtions and theory behind. DIC thus is somehow FE-realtity. Examples with VIC or Correlated Solutions for example.
If I understand your question, I believe that you can solve your problem by using analytical solution. Please, find the attached file.
