How can we correct the power factor of two switch non-inverting buck-boost converter? because in boost mode it is easily corrected but in buck mode input current is discontinuous ?
where to put LC filter, and one more thing after placing filter where we will have to sense the rectified voltage for preparation of reference current ?
The LC-filter will only smooth the high-frequency current ripple caused by the discontinuous current input of the buck/boost. However, the control of the DCDC needs to follow the desired sinusoidal voltage shape in order to lead to a sinusoidal current at the input. Be aware that the LC-filter may add some difficulties in ensuring control loop stability since it becomes a part of the control loop.
