In my vantage, the pair-wise comparison is biased; therefore, the results of that is not reliable; how can we solve this issue?
I am of the opinion that all the MCDM methods which based on the pair-wise comparison have this problem and being biased is an integral part of their essence.
How can I prepare a questionnaire in terms of open services innovation? I was wondering if you send me some questionnaires.
