We have recorded behaviours of animals for five minutes and have included an extra line at 5minutes to make sure that the output reads the last behaviour bin. However, JWatcher only produces an output of 300000 (hence 5mins) for the observations that were recorded on that same laptop. The ones that were recorded on a different device, even though the extra bin was added at the end, come out under 300000.

The other laptop doesn't run the complete application, so we can't export the missing data on there.

Is there a way to synchronise all files with the .faf file and get the full 5 minute output for all observations?
