Functional strategies have important roles in achieving business strategies. These strategies affect each other in many situations and in different ways. In absence of good correlation between them we can't do the best. Thus, we must find appropriate methods for achieving a good correlation.
One approach could be to translate functional strategies into performance measures and see if there is correlation associated with the deployed cross functional measures

And now After 12 years I'm going to ask how can we leverage data analysis and business analysis for finding solutions to align functional strategies?
