But the most important is to bring to gather the brightest, the most talented people you can get, and if you achieve that, even in a shackle they'll grow more and more creative. I am very grateful to my Almighty Lord that I have been prevented from occupying any position in my university for 33 years (starting from a chairman of department & moving upwards) until I reached retirement.
Those, who held posts or may have striven for them, have to take into account their huge responsibility "in front of God, people and history" in providing an apt university environment which will enhance creativity in students & staff.
Many students join the university full of hopes & ambitions. The few individual scattered sincere scholars cannot help that much in aiding them to turn their dreams into realities. It is the exact duty of those who have the keys of power & decision.
When you see many students becoming fed up or disappointed or depressed within few years of their stay at a given university, then there is a "big" problem that has to be tackled by the "big" brothers.
I think a University like Shanto-Mariam University of creative Technology , Bangladesh can make the students creative and such an environment for free thinking, free in the environment with extensive research for the creativity can make the students creative in real sense.
