How can the role of countries in developing climatology and preventing climate change on planet Earth be explained? Should only scientists and experts in this science be diligent? Shouldn't other scientists help and cooperate to solve this global problem? Can countries justify to themselves that wars and destructive bombs not only destroy humans, but also endanger nature and the global climate? Shouldn't the living environment of all humans be safe so that all humans can live in a healthy environment? Do countries know that by limiting river water, creating a temporary drought in a geographical area will create dust and airborne particles that are destructive to themselves and others, and even destroy animals and the ecosystem of the region, and destroy the geographical life of the region? And the restoration of the ecosystem will take years? Instead of fighting each other, wouldn't it be better for countries to save the planet, the global climate, the region's ecosystem, animals and birds, and make life easier and more pleasant for all humans?
