In future recruitment to job, Can the big data determine my carrier with respect to age of AI? Using external source is very important for big data age. For instance to recruit a colleagues student or former employee using the existing work record data, like contact your ICT Department in college and University instead of going seeking referee, to Know your index of research in the four years period by then they already know your strength and weakness and filed of expatriate or they might ask you at the interview on how many cloud network you are affiliated to like Facebook, Google mail, yahoo and others by then they can share this information to make better analysis to offer you a job.
