thank u for sharing ur valuable views
They develop their imagination , language learning skills like comprehension, rewriting, and reading.
Storybooks help in increasing vocabularies, teaching grammar, and growing mind's thinking. '
thank u dear @ Marwan Khaleel Yousif for multi-faceted reply
Stories with moral lessons as' greed is curse', 'honesty is the best policy' and many more can develop moral and ethical values from the very beginning of children's lives.
All answers are impressive!
dear @ Nazia Asad, really unique answer. thank u
dear @ Marwah Firas Abdullah Al-Rawe , thank u for ur great response
Sharing stories, talking and singing every day helps your child’s development in lots of ways. Reading and sharing stories can:
1) Help your child get to know sounds, words and language, and develop early literacy skills
2) Learn to value books and stories
3) Spark your child’s imagination and stimulate curiosity
4) Help your child’s brain, social skills and communication skills develop
5) Help your child learn the difference between ‘real’ and ‘make-believe’
6) Help your child understand change and new or frightening events, and also the strong emotions that can go along with them.
Best Regards Farangis Shahidzade
