How can social entrepreneurs create a balance between the Beneficiaries interests (for-profit activity) and social interests (non-profit activity)?
According to business conditions, do you prioritize them or have another suggestion?

SEs normally dont struggle with the social or heart side.
They can simply learn business and management skills and be conscious of financials and financial position and performance to get the sustainability aspect right.
SEs beneficiaries should also be aware that it is SE: a mix of profit and people and should manage expectations accordingly.

Emadoddin Ghazi, this is a good question. Most papers in management have tackled this issue about balancing the tensions of social and economic dimensions of SEs. Social entrepreneurs out to think about involving the beneficiaries for instance in decision making to keep abreast their needs and expectations from the SE. You will get a good number of articles for reference if you search terms like social enterprise/social entrepreneurship and social and economic tensions or mission drift.
