Hi , I running this configuration : I need take checkpoints every 10msec , is that correct , if frequency is 1GH?

For a given processor frequency of 1 GHz, setting the --take-checkpoints=200000000,10000000 would provide checkpoints that start at 200 million ticks and take a checkpoint every 10 million ticks (10 msec).
So you'll have to change your 1000000 to 10000000 to take checkpoints every 10 msec, as your current command in the question above takes checkpoints every 1 msec.
