I really want to know how I can monitor a remote sensed catfish to predict its location under river water per time
I am pretty sure there are no satellites overhead which can remotely sense a particular kind of fish like catfish and relay their location in real time to your computer! Let alone forecasting their location using satellite images under river waters. Unless you have put some tracking device in a catfish to monitor their movement, there is no way a satellite can track how or where a catfish is moving underwater. Just because neither the temporal coverage nor the spatial resolutions of even the most advanced satellites support the monitoring of an aquatic organism which are mostly only some centimeters in size. And even if lets say you could somehow identify some catfish on a very high resolution satellite image time stamp (provided the catfish comes to the surface of water exactly at a time when its snap is being taken by the satellite overhead!), the cost of acquiring such an image cannot be justified for the objective of your study.
However, it is possible to predict the chances of finding fish over a particular area in the sea based on Sea Surface Temperature (SST), Chlorophyll concentration and other satellite image products but I think these services are usually constrained to the seas, oceans and coastal regions of our planet. You can check the link that I have attached and see whether the area that you are interested in falls within the regions where the services are present. I think catfish thrives in fresh water and I am not aware of any such satellite service over fresh waters inland.
Which river are you looking for monitoring and predicting the location of a catfish? It would be quite surprising as well as interesting for me to know if previous studies have been conducted to track a particular kind of fish using satellite images over river waters anywhere on Earth? Are you aware of any such study? Who gave you this idea?

I don't suggest to use satellite imagery (Landsat, ASTER ect.,) for catfish location under the river water. It is almost inconceivable. The reason is simply, because you will not be able to distinguish the catfish under the water. Perhaps you try super high resolution LIDAR technology, but I am not sure.
This is not possible with current, or conceivable, satellite technology. You may be able to use an airborne drone to monitor a small region of a river that you have already identified as worthy of study, but you will not be able to identify, or even image, individual fish.
