You can't. You have to keep the particles separate or you'll end up with a fused collection of post and sub-micron aggregates. See:

What so ever be the process to manufacture nanoparticles, the nanoparticles will definitely aggregate.

Much of the metal is wasted and sediments out even with appropriate stabilizers (e.g. optimum phosphate concentration) in solution. A bottom-up chemical reaction is much more efficient and effective at preserving metal concentration. On aggregation take a look at:

We have been kept metallic NPs in liquids such as deionized water, dark container and refrigerator more than 3 years without agglomerated.
