There are "Meta"  and Ensemble methods in Weka menu. Once you choose one of them, you can choose multiple methods for boosting, bagging or consensus predictions.

If you insist, use Stacking (Classify/Meta/Stacking or StackingC), s exactly what you are looking for - there you can set as many as you like base-learners and a meta-classifier to select the best performing one.

However, better use the Experimenter GUI to test various approaches to your problem and choose the best method.
