Employees are the immediate internal communities of every organization as well as its true assets; yet organizations tend to focus on social responsibilities towards the external surrounding communities. ‘Even the best of technology or best of infrastructure would not be of much use if employees do not perform up to the mark and are not satisfied with their current profiles”.

How then can organizations take up the core duty of being socially responsible to its employees?
