@ahmed... Thank you for your kind reply.. Currently I have obtained a sample (one period) of PPG waveform without any artifact/noise from a source and using its data, I got its mathematical equation using a software called Eureka.. Can I make it a periodic signal now... ?

the PPG signal you got it might be a periodic signal...or u can normalize the signal

In actual it is a periodic signal but right now in my case its just one period

You can try the below paper - it tries to model PPG using two Gaussians - you can use this model to generate PPG signals.
