You need some form of simple rotary dryer, depending on the moisture level. Sun drying could even be a possibility depending on the nature of your original material. Don't forget not to heat/dry too much as heat damage amino acids, I suppose you want to use it as a protein feedstuff? Interestingly you might even grade the heating temperature and time of exposure as potential factors impacting the quality of your final material. If too wet, you may add some bran to damping the moisture. If you are specifying some high level of quality, perhaps you need to add some antioxidants to deter spoilage processes. Moreover try to study how to keep moulds out of the material to obviate mycotoxin issues. Apart from these I think you are one of the smart minds we need for the sustainable future we are dreaming about. Good luck.
Dear Sako Mirzaie an easy way is to keep your stuff in a desiccator with well dried slica, though it takes time but it would not let the most of the material wasted.
