Hi, I think You can use the "Complex to Magnitude-Angle block" which gives an angle, magnitude or both of these values of complex input signal. So the idea is to use this block separately for voltage and current and compare the outputs. But I'm really not sure if it is a correct solution.
Yes dear Dr. Nalda, we have a small electrical circuit including AC supply and RLC load modeled in SIMULINK, we are able to measure every thing but the angle or the power factor. Thank you so much.
the arccosine gives out only range of usual principal value in degrees: 0° ≤ y ≤ 180°. So you should know which signal is the first and which is the second.

I am also confused about the fcn block that appears in the upper part of the scheme, would you kindly clarify its role in the model.
