How can I write this input in gaussian. I can not find a way to write the extra polarization function [ζ (f) = 1.611]?

M06 function21 and the SMD solvation model (solvent = water). The LANL2DZ basis set and the effective core potential implemented with an extra polarization function [ζ(f) = 1.611] was used to describe the Ag.

Hey man!

I do not believe that LANL2DZ basis set are able to include polarization functions... Very often, for other kinds of basis set (like Pople, Dunning) you must add "*" or "**" signs to include polarization functions at Hydrogen and Heavy atoms, respectively, but consulting the g09 site seems to be not possible add polarization function at LAN basis set.
