How can I use PUMA software for determination of optical constants from transmittance data of UV Vis. spectroscopy?

I have developed ZnO thin film on glass substrate and got transmittance and absorption data from UV Vissible Spectrometer. I want to determine Refractive index as well as other optical constants by using PUMA software. I have no guideline or demonstration regarding this software...just I installed it. So please help me by providing any guideline based documentation or demonstration about PUMA software use that will be very helpful for me. So plz help me.
