In this particular example, we have conducted an evaluation on a total of 144 barley genotypes (samples) using 225 molecular markers. The marker information has been extracted and recorded in pairs, with "0" indicating the absence of band and "1" denoting the presence of band.

Additionally, these 144 barley genotypes can be categorized into 4 distinct sub-populations. For your convenience, the data has been formatted in Excel and is attached as a file. It is important to note that any molecular markers that are co-dominant polymorphic (i.e: SSR markers) should be converted into binary format prior to entering them into Excel.
