Is there some package for FORTRAN with the backslash operator, or at least some good large equation system solver? I read in some forums about LAPACK, but i couldn't find out a windows tutorial for its installation. Does anyone has some expertise about the efficiency of these package?

Use the Arpack Routines! You will need to call a function, there isn't an "operator" to solve the linear system in Fortran.
Please note that the Matlab "backslash" operator calls different methods depending the matrix. For example the choice of methods involves the question whether the matrix is sparse or not. See the Algorithms section in

Hence you probably should first determine which method will be used in your application and then ask for a Library implementing the corresponding solver.
The list at http://www.netlib.org/utk/people/JackDongarra/la-sw.html is quite comprehensive, though some solvers like PARDISO or WSMP are not listed (both have free versions with limited functionality).
You should choose a solver depending on your needs, as well as type and size of problems to be solved. Do you need a distributed parallel solver? Is your matrix banded? Structured?
