I use acid to test them but it not work anymore and I don't know why, how could electrochemical could be used?

If you have uniform layer of lacquer, the conductivity of that side must be low. Apply some patch moist with electrolyte (not on the sides), metal plate on it and measure conductivity / resistivity .
