I have one clarification….
There is two same fish species (fresh water). One is from culture pond and anther is from wild stock i.e. reservoirs. Then how to make out difference between both of them that which one is form culture pond and which one form wield by seeing externally.
if we see the gut of fish, 100% we can ! But externally how it is possible ?
Wild fishes scales are marked with striation more or less spaced according to the season or food availability, if they are variable enough. Cultured fishes have a more regular diet giving regular striation on scales.
An other option is to analyse the composition of the scales:

So many possibilities . . . But only possibilities and not necessarily consistent. Hatchery fish will sometimes retain deformities like wavy fin rays induced by constant erosion against the walls of a hatchery environment.
Variable growth patterns often manifest in hard-part generation as discussed by Frédéric, but can vary pretty substantially by regional climate.
Finally, if you're discussing working with individual fish used in some experimental system, consider introducing differential tags or marks.

I am agree with your suggestion. But, if there is two fish of same species and same climatic condition, then morphological difference is possible? The one fish catch is from wield and one is from reared fish pond. The difference we can make from scale, color of body... but which one is from wield and which one from culture pond? This is very difficult to do. If you have any suggestion. Let me know...

I have one possible reason for same. Let me know any comment on this..
The only cue available is body color of fish. Wild fish have more silvery bodies, lighter in color, where fins are coloured they are bright. Any oranges and yellows are brighter because the fish has access to natural pigments in natural
Cultured fish will generally not have hard bodies, have flabby bellies and this is because no feed is the right feed whole in confinement
Note that this is true while comparing absolutely fresh fish otherwise tightness of the body is a function of spoilage
You can simply compare a catla and rohu side by side in absolutely fresh condition and see the difference
So wild fish are hard to touch.
The expanse fish swims in the pond is also limit thus muscles are not as rigid as that of wild fish
So as I can see colour and tightness of body are the only practical observations I have come across
Fish in natural water bodies are surrounded by fresh water and that has influence on lighter body colour
Running water is even more influential on colour. Cultured fish are generally darker, at times blackish, dark backs. Fish tend to mimic or imbibe colour of surroundings and color is remotely influenced by water quality too.
