I am using LISREL 8.50 and during SEM anaysis program gives me an error like "The solution was found non-admissible after 50 iterations. The following solution is preliminary and is provided only for the purpose of tracing the source of the problem. Setting AD> 50 or AD=OFF may solve the problem". Then I added to "Lisrel Output AD=off IT=n" command to syntax but this time program gives me a warning like "The above line could not be interpreted by the program. "AD" is not a header or a defined label. The line was ignored." What should I do to turn off admissibility check?
Hello Emine,
Are you using the SIMPLIS syntax, or original LISREL syntax?
In the simplis syntax, add the line:
Admissibility Check = off
Or, alternatively:
Admissibility Check = 80
If your goal was to allow 80 iterations.
Or, on the Options line:
Options: AD=OFF
