How can I simultaneously determine tobramycin and dexamethasone in eye drop by using uv-visible detector and c18 column without derivatization?

C18 column 5 micron 4.6x25mm and uv-visible detector.

I am afraid the analytes do not absorb well in the UV. You should use a detection wavelength near 200 nm and acetonitrile as solvent (and have good luck!)
