Suppose that there are three occupancy grid maps as : G1,G2, and G3.
The simplest and the most efficient method is used the following instructions in Matlab:
figure(1);
imshow([G1 G2 G3]);
It can be extended for more grid maps. Indeed, you can change in vertical view by using [G1;G2;G3]. Moreover, it can be shown in hybrid view (vertical and horizontal) by using the both "," and ";" in the instruction.
As suggested by Ali Kermani and Abdellatif Baba, we can show multiple data on the same figure window. But, with what commands. It depends on your choice, the way you want to show it.
1. If x axis scale is same for the data you want to show then you can use
plot(x,y,x,z......)
2. otherwise,
subplot(221), plot(x,y)
subplot(222), plot(x,z)
subplot(223), surf(....)
subplot(224), stem(x,y)
3. imshowpair(Img1,Img2,'montage'); is only for showing the pair of images.
