How can I separate out lipids from plant extract containing plant pigments?

I want to separate out one polar and one no polar lipid from extract of plant leaf material.

I suggest to follow the procedures reported in thesis entitled " Metabolic studies of powdery mildew infection of cucumber and its possible control by lithium chloride"

I am sure you will find many methodes related to the extractions of polar and non-polar lipids.
